Every year in may, World community remember and celebrate the the end of World War II, which was possible due to the united effort of the Allied nations. The victory over fascism is one of the most important events in world history. It is our duty to preserve the memory of those who lost their lives in this horrible war for the next generations. As the veterans age and pass away, their numbers shrink, and this day gives us an opportunity to show the veterans our immeasurable gratitude for their selfless service.

The group of Russian-speaking community activists have set up an Organizing committee to plan the day of remembrance and celebration of the day of the war end. The program includes many events that culminate in the Victory Parade of the veterans from the Allied nations as well as a concert that will take place in Earl Bales Park on May 7th, 2017.

Realization of these plans is possible only with the help of donations from organizations and individual citizens.
